Treasured Games currently ships to:

• All 50 U.S. states and territories

• Canada

International shipping may be introduced in the future. Customers outside these regions may contact us for special inquiries.

 

2. Carriers and Methods

We ship using trusted carriers including:

• USPS (default)

• UPS

• FedEx

Shipping options include:

• Standard Ground

• Expedited (2-day or overnight)

• Insured delivery (recommended for high-value items)

 

3. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days

• Pre-orders or limited editions may have extended lead times, which will be clearly communicated

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

 

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level

• Treasured Games does not offer free shipping by default

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of product returns

• Ownership of products transfers upon delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking

• Treasured Games is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs
