Non-returnable items include custom or personalized products, limited editions marked as final sale, and items damaged due to misuse. Approved returns will receive a full refund (excluding shipping) to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges are available for incorrect products or editions, subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping and should use a trackable method, as Treasured Games is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
