• Unopened and unused

• In original packaging with no damage or tampering

• Free from defects, wear, or alterations

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized products

• Limited-edition items marked as final sale

• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

3. Refunds

• Approved returns will receive a full refund of the product price

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return approval

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following scenarios:

• Incorrect product shipped

• Exchanges are subject to product availability

5. Return Shipping

• Treasured Games is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments
